Happy Athletes

I am so much happier!

- Jenna, 16, Swimming

My main goal when I started coaching was to improve my confidence - something that happened nearly immediately. I thought it would take longer since I’d been struggling for years, but Kate was incredible at being understanding but also challenging me. She helped me identify limiting beliefs and how I was sabotaging myself. I started to change my thinking and everything started to change. I am more focused, confident, my self talk is so much better, and I am so much happier!

One-on-One Coaching to help your athlete unleash their best in & out of sport

If your athlete struggles with confidence, spirals after mistakes, battles perfectionism, or feels the weight of comparison and fear of failure, they’re not alone. As a parent, it’s frustrating to watch them hold themselves back, unsure how to help or break the cycle of negativity.

Our 1:1 performance coaching changes that. Through our proven M.E.D.A.L. Method, we help athletes master their mindset, build elite habits, sharpen performance, adapt under pressure, and lead with confidence. They’ll learn how to believe in themselves, transform negative self-talk, and develop the mental toughness needed to perform at their best.

It starts with a 1.5-hour vision and goal-setting session, crafting a personalized roadmap to success. Over eight weekly sessions, we equip them with the tools, strategies, and mental skills needed to become more resilient, bounce back from mistakes, and take control of their emotions. Pre- and post-coaching assessments ensure progress is measured and sessions stay tailored to their unique journey.

The transformation begins with one step—apply for coaching today and help your athlete build unshakable confidence from the inside out.

One-on-One Coaching is ideal if your athlete...

Is open and committed to the performance coaching process

Just like physical training, mental training takes effort, so it’s important for athletes to be fully committed to see the amazing benefits of training their minds. When athletes embrace this commitment, they not only boost their resilience and focus but also lay a strong foundation that supports their overall performance—both in their sport and in life.

Wants A personalized plan addressing a variety of topics

Athletes looking to explore various topics—both in and out of sports—really benefit from one-on-one coaching! This personal setting encourages open conversations about performance anxiety, motivation, and life balance. By discussing these aspects, athletes can integrate mental training into their daily lives, enhancing their overall well-being and gaining insights into how off-field issues impact their performance.

Is new to or experienced with mental training and coaching

For athletes new to mental training, one-on-one coaching is the perfect place to start building a strong foundation! For those with more experience, it's a time to dig deeper. With ongoing coaching, athletes have more time to explore essential concepts like visualization, goal setting, and mindfulness in a friendly and supportive way.

Trains hard but feels like something is missing

Unfortunately, many athletes don’t receive the mental training necessary to perform at their best when it counts. One-on-one coaching equips these athletes with the tools they need to transform their mindset, helping them control nerves and anxiety while boosting their confidence. As a result, athletes feel and perform better in sports and in life.

Got questions?

Here are some commonly asked questions

WHO IS ONE-ON-ONE COACHING FOR?

1-On-1 Coaching is for:

Committed athletes in ALL sports typically age 12 to college-age. Athletes who thrive in the program are driven, curious, open-minded and want to play with confidence and joy. They realize that there's a missing link in their training program and they want to fill that gap so that they can play and feel their best in and out of sport.

how does coaching work?

Coaching begins with a 30-minute consultation featuring the parent, athlete, and Kate. Before this session, your athlete will complete the M.E.D.A.L. Method assessment, which evaluates the five essential skills needed to excel both in and out of sport. During the consultation, we’ll review the results, pinpoint key areas for growth, and develop a personalized coaching plan. Parents will also have the opportunity to share their insights and goals, ensuring that everyone is aligned on the objectives and progress metrics for the coaching journey.

After the consultation, your athlete will participate in a 1-hour vision and goal-setting session with Kate. In this session, they will:

✔ Define a clear vision for success in both sport and life
✔ Set meaningful, achievable goals
✔ Develop a concrete action plan
✔ Learn a daily mindset routine to start training their mental game immediately

Following this foundation, your athlete will engage in eight, weekly, 30-minute coaching sessions where Kate will teach them essential tools and techniques to achieve their goals and stay on track with their objectives. Throughout the program, they will:

✔ Celebrate wins, big and small, to build confidence and motivation
✔ Address challenges and obstacles with practical strategies
✔ Refine techniques to strengthen their mindset and performance

At the end of the program, athletes will retake the M.E.D.A.L. Method assessment to measure progress and celebrate their achievements. They’ll leave coaching with a personalized plan for continued improvement, empowering them to build on their success long after the program ends.

What will we talk about?

Grounded in the five essential skills of the M.E.D.A.L. Method, performance coaching integrates sports psychology, mindfulness techniques, and high performance skills to help athletes overcome common challenges that hinder their success in training and competition. Through this process, athletes develop greater confidence, emotional and physical control, and more consistent results—both in sport and life.

Common Focus Areas:
✔ Boosting self-confidence and self-esteem
✔ Managing competition and performance anxiety
✔ Balancing school, social life, and athletic commitments
✔ Bouncing back from mistakes and disappointing performances
✔ Breaking through slumps and performance plateaus
✔ Preventing and overcoming athlete burnout
✔ Navigating injuries and returning to sport with confidence

With the right strategies and mindset, performance coaching empowers athletes to unlock their full potential and excel under pressure.

What kind of results can I expect for my athlete?

Athletes who commit to the coaching process can expect growth that extends beyond sport. Through performance coaching, they develop greater confidence, resilience, and focus, allowing them to perform at their best under pressure. Many athletes see improvements in consistency, emotional control, and the ability to bounce back from setbacks, leading to stronger performances in competition. However, the impact goes beyond the game - athletes also build skills that help them navigate challenges in school, relationships, and life, such as goal-setting, time management, and handling stress effectively. By the end of the program, your athlete will not only have made measurable progress in their sport but will also leave with a stronger mindset, greater self-belief, and a personalized plan for continued success in all areas of life.

Who is on the weekly calls?

Parents are asked to join the consultation call to share insights and ask questions about the coaching process. All subsequent coaching sessions are one-on-one between Kate and your athlete. This structure creates a comfortable space for athletes to open up about challenges, focus on their growth, and fully engage in the process.

That said, parents play a crucial role in an athlete’s success! Kate encourages open communication and welcomes parents to reach out with any questions or concerns throughout the coaching journey. While maintaining the athlete’s confidentiality, Kate provides regular progress updates to ensure parents stay informed and involved.

What is the refund policy?

We are confident that your athlete will love the coaching experience and witness the same transformation that so many athletes have achieved. However, we understand that coaching isn’t for everyone.

If, after the initial 30-minute consultation, you feel that coaching isn’t the right fit, you will not be charged for the remainder of the program—you’ll only pay for the consultation session.

That said, we strongly encourage athletes to commit to the full program. True transformation doesn’t happen overnight; it’s the complete journey—not just one session—that creates lasting change. By fully engaging in the process, your athlete will develop the confidence, mindset, and skills needed to thrive in sport and beyond.
