Your athlete and I will meet weekly on Zoom or FaceTime for 30 minutes. During our first session, we'll identify the key outcomes your athlete wants to achieve and create a roadmap for success.

Each week, we'll discuss essential mental training skills your athlete needs to achieve their goals. Additionally, I'll ask them to think about what they want to achieve in the session ahead of time. This helps athletes take ownership of the process, maximizes our time together, and helps focus our conversations around what matters most to them! We'll celebrate "wins", address challenges, and discuss and practice new mental training techniques. Your athlete will leave with an action plan for the week ahead.

No, this isn't therapy! Like sports practice or private lessons, mindset and performance coaching is just another form of training to help you feel and perform at your best.

I am a certified mindset coach but I am not a licensed psychologist. On occasion something may arise in a session that requires attention from a psychologist or therapist in which case I will refer you to a licensed professional. However, think of our sessions as training sessions like you have on the court, field, or in the pool. I'll teach you the mindset and performance tools and techniques you need to achieve you goals, and then we'll practice them!
