As an Olympian who has stood on the world stage, I know firsthand the excitement and pressure that comes with competition. I've experienced the same nerves and anxieties that so many athletes face before stepping into the arena. The pounding heart, the restless mind, the "what ifs" and doubts — these thoughts and feelings are universal among competitors going after big goals. But I also know that with the right mindset and strategies, those nerves can become a source of strength rather than a barrier to success.
Together, we can navigate these challenges. Through this course, I share not just techniques but also stories from my own journey. Together, we'll work to transform nervous energy into positive momentum and unlock your athlete's confidence and true potential in every competition.

I learned so many tools from Kate! I've changed my self-talk in training and racing. I remind myself that "I am a winner!" no matter what. I'm much more confident and now able to
control my nerves better. I overcame being intimidated by setting big goals. I figured out a way to achieve them rather than setting lower standards that I know I can achieve. I stopped being intimidated to race top girls. Learning the techniques helped me improve in running and raise grades. My Spanish grade went up a full letter grade, and I got an A in English because I wasn't so nervous!
