When I first started the program, I was super nervous. I didn’t want to share anything because I was worried people would think I was weird. But Kate made me feel so comfortable right away. The skills I learned really helped me change how I talk to myself and manage my anxiety. My friends who aren’t athletes don’t really get how tough it is sometimes. I loved having a buddy in the group too—it made me feel supported by someone who actually understood what I was going through.
If your athlete is looking for a way to elevate their performance, build resilience, and gain the mental edge needed to thrive, our group performance coaching is the perfect fit. Athletes often face challenges like stress, self-doubt, and the pressure to perform, but in a group setting, they can learn alongside peers who are facing similar obstacles.
Through our M.E.D.A.L. Method, athletes will master key mental skills that not only boost confidence but also help them rebound from mistakes, manage anxiety, and stay focused under pressure. Our group coaching sessions dive into goal setting, visualization, stress management, and pre/post-competition routines—each one tailored to the needs of the group.
To ensure accountability and continued progress, athletes are paired with accountability buddies who offer support between sessions. This dynamic group environment fosters shared learning, motivation, and community, while athletes gain insights from each other’s experiences.
Ready to unlock your athlete’s potential? Apply for group coaching today and help them grow stronger, more focused, and more confident, alongside others committed to excellence.
Just like being part of a sports team, group coaching creates a tight-knit community where athletes can share their journeys. Your athlete will connect with fellow athletes who understand the highs and lows of training and competition. Sharing wins and challenges not only helps your athlete feel less isolated but also fosters a motivating environment where everyone lifts each other up.
For athletes new to mental training or feeling hesitant about it, group coaching it a great place to start! Sharing experiences with fellow athletes helps normalize the journey, reducing intimidation and self-doubt and making it easier to step out of comfort zones and try new techniques. Hearing from others facing similar challenges offers valuable insights, empowering athletes to embrace mental training as a vital tool for enhancing their performance and overall well-being.
Training with a group helps athletes stay on track with their goals. Setting targets alongside fellow athletes provides a natural sense of accountability. Athletes check in with each other, celebrate milestones, and encourage one another when motivation dips. This shared commitment helps athletes push through barriers and stay focused on your performance, making the journey to your goals that much more enjoyable!
Group coaching is a more budget-friendly way to access expert performance coaching. Instead of paying for individual sessions, you can share Kate's time with others, making it easier to access top-notch training without breaking the bank. Plus, the benefits of learning from both Kate and your athlete's peers make it an excellent investment in your athlete's development.
Start by filling out an application to ensure our group coaching program is the right fit. Once accepted, your athlete will complete the M.E.D.A.L. Method assessment, which helps establish a baseline and key focus areas for the group.
Athletes join eight weekly 60-minute virtual sessions to develop mental skills like goal setting, visualization, and stress management. They’ll learn alongside peers, gain insights from shared experiences, and stay motivated with accountability buddies and quick check-ins via WhatsApp or text.
At the end of the program, athletes will retake the M.E.D.A.L. Method assessment to track progress. They’ll leave with a performance journal, recorded sessions for review, and strategies to continue applying their skills in sport and life.
1-On-1 Coaching is for:
Committed athletes in ALL sports typically age 12 to college-age. Athletes who thrive in the program are driven, curious, open-minded and want to play with confidence and joy. They realize that there's a missing link in their training program and they want to fill that gap so that they can play and feel their best in and out of sport.
Our bi-weekly, 60-minute group coaching sessions take place on Zoom and are designed to foster education, application, and connection. Each session introduces a foundational mental training concept, covering eight key topics. Athletes will not only learn these essential tools but will also apply them to their current experiences in sports and life.
Participants are encouraged to engage actively by asking questions and sharing specific situations where they seek coaching. To enhance accountability and support, athletes will pair up and check in with one another between sessions. This collaborative approach ensures that everyone grows together in a supportive environment.
Grounded in the five essential skills of the M.E.D.A.L. Method, performance coaching integrates sports psychology, mindfulness techniques, and high performance skills to help athletes overcome common challenges that hinder their success in training and competition. Through this process, athletes develop greater confidence, emotional and physical control, and more consistent results—both in sport and life.
Common Focus Areas:
✔ Boosting self-confidence and self-esteem
✔ Managing competition and performance anxiety

With the right strategies and mindset, performance coaching empowers athletes to unlock their full potential and excel under pressure.
Athletes who commit to the coaching process can expect growth that extends beyond sport. Through performance coaching, they develop greater confidence, resilience, and focus, allowing them to perform at their best under pressure. Many athletes see improvements in consistency, emotional control, and the ability to bounce back from setbacks, leading to stronger performances in competition. However, the impact goes beyond the game - athletes also build skills that help them navigate challenges in school, relationships, and life, such as goal-setting, time management, and handling stress effectively. By the end of the program, your athlete will not only have made measurable progress in their sport but will also leave with a stronger mindset, greater self-belief, and a personalized plan for continued success in all areas of life.
