Whether you’re still competing, healing, or moving on—this isn’t just performance coaching. It’s a safe place for female athletes to process what sport has stirred up, rebuild confidence, and move forward with clarity and peace.
You don’t have to be falling apart to get support.
This is for the female athlete who:
✔️ Still loves her sport—but not how she feels when she plays
✔️ Spirals after mistakes and overthinks everything
✔️ Is recovering from injury and feeling anxious, lost, or left behind
✔️ Has stepped away from sport and feels stuck or unsure of who she is now
✔️ Is tired of pretending she’s fine—but isn’t sure what help even looks like
✔️ Wants to feel confident again. Grounded. Like herself

My main goal when I started coaching was to improve my confidence - something that happened nearly immediately. I thought it would take longer since I’d been struggling for years, but Kate was incredible at being understanding but also challenging me. She helped me identify limiting beliefs and how I was sabotaging myself. I started to change my thinking and everything started to change. I am more focused, confident, my self talk is so much better, and I am so much happier!
One-on-one coaching is a safe, steady space designed just for her. Whether she’s still competing but struggling with confidence, perfectionism, and spiraling after mistakes… sidelined by injury and feeling disconnected… or questioning who she is as she nears the end of her career—this is where she’ll feel supported, understood, and equipped to grow.
Every journey begins with a Clarity Consultation to explore what’s going on and whether it’s a good fit. From there, we’ll build a personalized plan that fits her goals, her season, and her story.
From there, we’ll build a personalized plan that fits her goals, her season, and her story. Pre- and post-coaching assessments ensure we’re measuring progress and tailoring support every step of the way.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. It’s tailored, athlete-first support that meets her where she is—and helps her grow into who she’s becoming.
The transformation begins with one step—apply for coaching today and help your athlete build unshakable confidence from the inside out.
Fill out a short application to share what’s going on and what kind of support you’re looking for. Whether you’re a parent or athlete, this helps us make sure we’re a good fit before moving forward. You’ll receive a follow-up email with next steps.
This 45-minute session gives us space to unpack what’s really going on beneath the surface—pressure, perfectionism, injury, transition, or simply feeling off. We’ll talk goals, needs, and how coaching can help. Even if we don’t continue, you’ll leave with insight and direction. (Parents are welcome to join.)
We’ll begin with a 60-minute foundation session to map out her story and goals. From there, ongoing 30-minute coaching sessions give her the tools, language, and routines to rebuild confidence, quiet the noise, and grow from the inside out. You’ll receive updates along the way—and she’ll walk away with mental skills that last long after coaching ends.
We’ll work together to help her:
Rebuild confidence that isn’t tied to performance
Calm the overthinking and feel steady under pressure
Rebound quickly from mistakes, without beating herself up
Talk about her sport without shutting down
Heal the emotional fallout of injury, burnout, or transition
Get clear on who she is—and what matters now
Return to sport (or move beyond it) feeling grounded and strong

“We were so lucky to find you—and what a difference you made in shaping Julia’s determined, confident, and strong mindset. Your impact has been greater than you’ll ever know. We’re incredibly grateful and just want you to know: you made a real difference.”
This isn’t therapy. I won’t diagnose or treat symptoms —but I will help her process, reframe, and move forward.
This isn’t hype. I won’t push her to “just be confident.”
This isn’t a mindset hack. It’s real, relationship-based work that meets her where she is.
I’ve been where she is. And I’ll walk with her while she figures it out.
Let’s talk—no pressure, no pitch. Just a powerful first step to explore what kind of support could help.
Yes. I coach female athletes from many sports—swimming, soccer, gymnastics, track, and more. Most are 14–24, but I support older athletes navigating transition as well. Whether you're aiming for a college roster spot, sidelined or injured, entering your post-competition chapter, or just trying to feel like yourself again in your sport—this work meets you where you are.
If she’s overthinking, doubting herself, shutting down emotionally, spiraling after mistakes, unsure of her next steps, or just not enjoying her sport like she used to—coaching helps her reconnect with confidence and identity.
You don’t have to wait for a “crisis.”
Coaching offers the support they often don’t know how to ask for and the tools they don’t know they need.
That’s completely normal. Many athletes feel unsure at first—especially if they’ve never done anything like this before.
One way to frame it is:
“You have a coach for your body—this is like having one for your mind and heart.”
This isn’t therapy, and it’s not about fixing them. It’s about giving them tools to feel more like themselves—calm, confident, and steady under pressure.
We’ll start with a Clarity Consultation to explore whether it’s a good fit.
No. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Coaching is forward-focused, practical, and personalized support focused on mindset, identity, and the emotional challenges athletes face in and around sport.
If, after meeting, I believe therapy is more appropriate, I’ll recommend that and help you take the next steps towards getting the support your athlete needs.
Yes. I never want cost to be the reason an athlete can’t access support.
I offer payment plans for all packages and a limited number of scholarship spots throughout the year.
Let’s talk about what’s possible—we’ll find a path that works.
Yes. While I specialize in supporting female athletes, I’ve worked with many male athletes over the years as well.
My coaching approach—rooted in identity, confidence, and emotional resilience—resonates with athletes who are open to doing the inner work, regardless of gender.
If the message feels like a fit, I’d love to support your athlete.
